With the award HOTELIER OF THE YEAR personalities are awarded since 1990, who have rendered outstanding services in the hotel business.

The award is based on a personal business/enterprise performance which is of significant influence to the development of the hotel industry, which serves the profiling of the branch and which is successful in being long-term secured. The winner will receive his award at a gala event in Berlin.
